Who’s behind Punkcakes

I’m Artūras, a Lithuanian web developer. I started out in printing and taught myself to code, and I’ve since built websites, interactive platforms and video lessons. For over 15 years I’ve worked on long-term projects with clients across Europe and Asia, from complex product configurators to educational platforms. I build clean, practical websites that work and keep working. No fluff.

What I Build

Business Websites

WordPress started as a blogging tool. I turn it into a sharp, no-bullshit business weapon: a site you can update yourself, a site that saves time instead of creating more work.

Online Shops

Pretty shops that don’t sell are just expensive decorations. I build WooCommerce stores that make money, with custom products, live pricing and a smooth checkout. See the features and how it compares to other platforms.

Web Apps & Platforms

When a website isn’t enough. I build multi-user platforms with role-based dashboards, scheduling, submissions, progress tracking and automated exports. Tell me what you need.

Illustration: interactive floor plan with a highlighted room

Interactive Visuals

Images that react. Hover over a building plan and sections light up; pick colours or materials and the preview updates live. Ideal for architects, real estate and “create your own” products. It sells.

Tools I Use

AI

AI didn’t replace developers – it made the good ones faster. I use it every day for planning, coding and testing, but I keep the final say on strategy and quality. Clients get better product and faster.

API

Your website shouldn’t live on an island. I connect it to the services you already use – live supplier prices, shipping costs, accounting, deliveries – so data flows on its own instead of being copied by hand.

Import / Export

Moving thousands of products, orders or users? I use import and export tools that sort your data in minutes instead of weeks – fast, accurate, and without the typos.

Learn more

UI / UX

A good interface is the one nobody notices. I design screens where every button, number and action is exactly where people would expect it to be, so users get things done instead of getting lost.

SEO and Sales

Ranking on Google isn’t enough anymore – you also need to show up in AI answers. I build the technical SEO foundation and team up with SEO specialists on strategy and content, so the right people can find your product and buy.

Illustration: website security and GDPR compliance

Security & Compliance

A hacked site costs you customers and reputation. I lock WordPress down with Wordfence or Sucuri, keep everything updated, rebuild outdated themes when needed, and handle customer data in line with GDPR.
